These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jp9p platform, including all betting, gaming, and account services. Please read them carefully before using jp9p. By accessing jp9p, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important Notice: jp9p is an online gaming platform operated under an international gaming authority licence. Access to jp9p and use of its services is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and who are permitted by the laws applicable to them to participate in online gambling. If you are under 21 or if online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use jp9p.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the jp9p Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. jp9p reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the jp9p Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein, subject to the outcome of any investigation conducted by jp9p.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. jp9p is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by a Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact jp9p support immediately via live chat.
jp9p is required under its gaming licence obligations to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks on Members. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. jp9p reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
All jp9p Accounts operate in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Funds deposited in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing rate determined by jp9p at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, will be disclosed during the deposit process.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. jp9p reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with any applicable promotional terms communicated to the Member at the time of account creation or by subsequent notice.
jp9p accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian Members: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), and USDT (TRC20). Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
eWallet deposits via Touch n Go and Boost are credited to Member Accounts instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. FPX bank transfer deposits are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of confirmed receipt. jp9p is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. jp9p targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.
jp9p is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements as a condition of its gaming licence. jp9p reserves the right to request documentation substantiating the source of funds deposited into a Member Account and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory review.
All bets are subject to jp9p's acceptance. jp9p reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects system abuse, where odds were published in error, or where acceptance would exceed applicable risk limits. A bet is only confirmed upon issuance of a bet confirmation reference number by the Platform.
jp9p strives to publish accurate odds at all times. In cases where odds are published as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to a data feed failure, system error, or obvious typographical mistake — jp9p reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds. Members will be notified of any such voidance and the original stake will be returned to the Account.
If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled start time, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
All casino and live dealer game results are final upon settlement by the relevant game system or live dealer studio. In cases of technical malfunction during a live casino game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the rules published by the relevant game provider. jp9p is not responsible for outcomes resulting from connectivity issues on the Member's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jp9p Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the jp9p Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, and software, is the proprietary intellectual property of jp9p or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from jp9p is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jp9p shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. jp9p's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to jp9p in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jp9p does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on their own devices.
jp9p collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jp9p.app/privacy-policy. By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jp9p does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with licensed service providers solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform, compliance with regulatory obligations, and fraud prevention.

21+ Strictly Enforced: jp9p takes underage gambling prevention seriously. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the verified account holder or reported to relevant authorities as appropriate.
jp9p reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, or in compliance with a directive from a regulatory or law enforcement authority. Upon termination for breach, jp9p may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp9p is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to jp9p's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant Gaming Authority for adjudication in accordance with the Authority's published dispute resolution procedures.
jp9p reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of jp9p following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

Member balances on jp9p are held in accounts segregated from operational funds. Your MYR deposit is not used to fund platform operations and remains available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
